This is the official response of KTech regarding the allegations made by Pedro Leum, inhabitant of Panasus. Mr Leum bought his wife KCT-2.35. After a year, his wife complained that the product was not as effective as she would have wanted and they asked for a refund. KTech refuses to pay them back and here's why.
We regret that you and your wife have had an unsatisfactory experience with our product KCT-2.35. However, as is stated on our website and in the product description, KCT-2.35 is part of a 15-step skincare routine. Skipping steps in this routine obviously decreases the efficacy of the treatment. So your dissatisfaction with our product stems from misuse rather than a fault of our company. Your complaint is valid though and a symptom of a bigger problem, namely that international customers often don't have access to KTech certified pharmacies nor the excellent Kamien health care system. For them, we would like to introduce our new products sets. These sets include all of the products needed to complete the 15-step routine, with plenty of instructional material (text, video and images) so everyone can optimize their KTech experience. These sets are shipped internationally for free. As for you and your lovely wife, we will send you a free XL set of our products as an apology and we hope you will give KTech another chance.
We will try to mend our bonds with our neighbouring country Panasus as well as the UBN by inviting them over for a tour of the KTech scientific facilities. We believe our world views are not that far apart as they might seem and they might co-exist peacefully. Until then, KTech has opened new pharmacies in Novos, where these skin care sets are launched with a 1+1 free deal!
Thank you for contacting us and giving us the feedback we need to improve
Kind regards
Nidul Rol
